Thalian Association Community Theatre will hold auditions for the second show of their Main Stage season Elf the Musical Monday October 23, and Tuesday October 24 at 7 pm. Auditions will be held at the Community Arts Center, 120 S. 2nd Street in downtown Wilmington. The production, directed by Jeff Hidek and choreographed by Aliyah Grayman, runs December 7 to the 17 at Historic Thalian Hall. Music direction will be by Aimee Henderson.
Please prepare 16 bars of a musical theatre style song to sing along with the sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.

Callbacks will be Wednesday October 25 at 7pm, at the Community Arts Center. Please be prepared to read from the provided script, sing from the show, and attend a dance call. Please arrive in clothing and footwear suited for dancing.
Actors of all races and ethnicities are welcome and encouraged to audition for our entire season! All roles are available. TACT is also a community theatre. We encourage all performers of different skill levels and talents to audition! People new to Thalian Association are always welcome!
Synopsis: Based on the 2003 movie… Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. He then takes an epic journey to NYC to find his father and share Christmas joy!
